It shows the Multiple Access Interference (MAI) reduction due to M-ary orthogonal Modulation compared with the case without orthogonal modulation. Then, we study the performance in the Rayleigh selective condition and the effects of inherent diversity property and the number of branch of RAKE receiver. Finally, we obtain results by Mote-Carlo simulation. We also investigate the channel modeled as first order Gaussian-Markov process. Hence, the channel parameter may be estimated by adopting a similar form of Kilman filter. The result of parallel interference cancellation (PIC) technique with the estimation technique is also considered and simulated.
