Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 電機與控制工程系 === 87 === The zero-current switching resonant switched capacitor DC-DC converter is a new converter type. It has many merits, which are low weight, small volume, high efficiency, low EMI, and feasibility of fabrication on a semiconductor IC chip. In this thesis we focus on the study and analysis of the double-mode resonant switched capacitor converter. First we build up its ideal topological model and ideal mathematical model. Based on the ideal mathematical model the converter behavior is studied from both the analysis and the simulation viewpoints. Due to the great difference between simulation and real circuit performance, we modify the model by extra considering the resistant effect of circuit components. The modified model is then employed to study the influence of circuit parameters such as loading effect. In this way the output voltage conversion vs. live time ratio is elucidated in exact mathematical forms. All phenomena and analysis of the circuit are verified by MATLAB and ISSPICE.
