Summary:碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 應用化學系 === 87 === New dendritic poly(etherimide)s were synthesized by the convergent approach through an aromatic nucleophilic displacement of activated nitro group to form the ether linkages and a cyclization reaction to yield the imide rings. The structure of these dendritic poly(etherimide)s are similar and contain different chain end function groups, and were characterized by NMR and MALDI-TOF Mass Spectroscopies. We also used DSC、TGA and the test of solubility to study the physical properties of these polymers. The physical properties of the polymers depend on the nature of the chain end groups.
