There are many dangerous environments such as high temperature or high pressure in industry. It is safer if we monitor these places indirectly by transferring the image in network. The application of this thesis is based on Winsock. We can monitor the remote sight not only in the LAN but also in the Internet. We compress the image data before it conveyed in the network. So the performance of this system would not effect by the bandwidth of the network. It is more practical in real application. The easy and smooth is the important specific of the system.
