In the trend that networking and related industries are flourishing and domestic information education is common, the firms are steadily growing up and the competitive situation is severe. Therefore, all firms do their best to build up their competencies. For information products distribution industry, the utility of information technology(IT) is one of the key success factors. So the purpose is to explore the distribution firms'' IT utilization, effects, and the relationship between IT utilization and customers'' satisfaction.
The top three distribution firms and their customers were used as the target of sampling for data collection. To understand the IT utilization of the top three firms by deep-interview. Questionnaires were directed to the customers. Finally, induce the relationship between IT utilization and customers'' satisfaction.
The result of the study indicates that the higher IT utilization, the better customers'' satisfaction in the information technology distribution industry. Therefore, the distribution firms should keep investing on IT.
