Making a survey of collecting 251 effective samples.The statistical methods used in samples analysis include Reliability Analysis,Factor Analysis,Frequency Distribution,Descriptive Statistics,Regression Analysis,T-test,Analysis of Variance,and Scheffe’s Comparison. Therefore, We got the major conclusions as follows: 1. It appears negative influence for employees’role conflict to organizational commitment under matrix organizational structure. 2. It appears positive influence for employees’ role conflict to intent to quit under matrix organizational structure. 3.
