Abstract
This thesis is based on a research through documents mentioned of the happening and the pattern of accidents. This research goes through questionnaire and support by further discussion. The selections are at random among the distribution industries owners, labourers, safety and health personnel, labourers as our objectives. The purpose is to discuss about the distribution industries owners and workers in regards to the depth of the knowledge and analyze their difference. This study can reveal that their cognition of occupational accident causes is very deficient and proprietors can’t attach importance to management of safety and health of labourers. These factors not only result in unsafe conditions and acts but also occupational accidents. Finally, we make the propose as reference to prevent the cause of occupational accidents.
