Advertisement over Internet is one of them. Advertisers would pay more fees for web sites that attract a lot of traffic.
In this paper, we develop an advertisement system that makes webs sites can advertise mutually and share the Internet users each other. We call it mutual advertising system. Fairness is the most important consideration of mutual advertising system. The more advertisement for other web sites, the more advertisement on other web sites for us. To be fair, we add an advertising monitor into system to get the information of advertising exactly. The mutual advertising system integrates the resources of Internet users between members. It becomes a large advertising network to attract more investment.
