Summary:碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 87 === Abstract This research is to provide a methodology of process reengineering, which is treated as a process redesign tool while doing process reengineering. The Matrix Adjustment Methodology is mainly fixed from the algorithm of IDEF0 architecture-Fixed Triangle Algorithm. The matrix adjustment have five jobs to do. The order of five jobs is (1)building the Activity-Activity matrix and Activity-Edge matrix ; (2)finding the order of a flow chart; (3)grouping from the processes flow; (4)adjusting the processes flow of the inside group using the adjustment principles; (5) using the adjustment principles to adjust the whole processes flow. To take the Matrix Adjustment Methodology into practice, this research takes the manufacture process of a jacket manufacturer as an example. The simulation software-Arena is also concerned. It evaluates the differences of the new manufacture process and the old manufacture process by observing the production with fixed time and the time with fixed production.
