We develop a systematic and efficient retail trading area evaluation model based on the past researches and theoretical models, and take in the 「Management Judgment Based Decision Model」 for model processes design to overcome the possible problems which general theoretical models would have in applying. We brought this model into a real decision making process for case study. After internal and external comparisons about the model’s outcomes, we found the conclusions as follow: 1.
