Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 企業管理學系 === 87 === Four major factors of one store’s operation performance according to many professional studies and experiences: location, store design, products composition and customer service. Location is the most important one, and trading area evaluation is the key step. We develop a systematic and efficient retail trading area evaluation model based on the past researches and theoretical models, and take in the 「Management Judgment Based Decision Model」 for model processes design to overcome the possible problems which general theoretical models would have in applying. We brought this model into a real decision making process for case study. After internal and external comparisons about the model’s outcomes, we found the conclusions as follow: 1. The 「Management Judgment Based Decision Model」 would improve the application of a theorem model. 2. This model is feasible for retail trading area evaluation.
