Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 化學系 === 87 === A new composite catalyst was synthesized by anchoring (CH3CH2O)3Si(CH2)3PPh2 to the surface of MCM-41 through the reaction of ethoxy groups of the ligand with the Si-OH groups on the surface of MCM-41.This anchored phosphine was coordinated to the metal (Ni,Rh) through substitution of the triphenylphosphine ligand on the metal complex. Thus, the homogeneous catalyst (metal complexes) was immobilized on MCM-41. The resultant rhodium catalyst is active in the hydroformylation of cyclohexene and 1-octene with TOF 0.92 and 1.65, respectively. However, the reactivity of the catalyst degrades dramatically after one cycle and becomes inactive after two cycles. The nickel containing catalyst is inactive towards hydrogenation of cyclohexene. The composite catalysts were characterized by powder X-ray spectra and the component content were characterized by EDS. The product of the catalytic reaction was evaluated by GC.
