Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 化學系 === 87 === Multi Function Lubricant Additives (MFLA) consist of three major functional groups. They are phosphoric ester with resisting extreme pressure ability, amines with clean effect, and either phenol or aromatic amine with antioxidative ability. Their utilities not only promote tribological effect of mechanical operation, but also avoid interaction between various additives. MFLA had been synthesized by our laboratory. For the purpose of industrial production. We have modified the synthetic ways in this study ; Besides, in order to improve the efficiency of lubricant, phenols or aromatic amines with more antioxidative ability were introduced into MFLA, and the substituents of phosporic esters were modified by aromatic groups to improve the resisting extreme pressure ability. Finally, The qualities were examined by the known tribological experimental methods and several oxidation stability tests were estimated, and modified to be suitable for laboratory uses.
