Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 工程科學系 === 87 === In the field of prosthesis comfort, there are already lots of studies on the topics of object strength, outlook, and physical mechanism. But the effect of bad ventilation is seldom noticed for high temperature and high moisture states inside prosthesis. This kind of flaw will cause people who wear prosthesis always have certain skin disease and make people feel uncomfortable. By this reason, a suitable design for thermal diffusion and moisture reduction will be necessary, and any numerical method will quickly help us to understand good environmental conditions for better comfort. This work applies boundary layer approximation to simplify its continuity equation, momentum equation, energy equation and concentration equation. After non-similarity transformation, the equations will be solved by Box method and will be discussed latter. In the results, we can see that the inlet relative humidity, inlet temperature and inlet velocity have certain relation with skin evaporation rate and total heat flux. The effect of latent heat flux is always greater than that of sensible heat flux with lower relative humidity and higher inlet velocity. The effect of sensible heat flux is obvious when the inlet temperature is changing. Also, the evaporation rate and total heat flux are both decaying with X direction.
