If certain is expended or voltage lowers to much, the Autonomous Vehicle''s component can not use normal and error signal. Result the Autonomous Vehicle can not control. If the battery''s voltage and capacity is given to understand at any time, then the output ways have differ when the battery output voltage has imparity. This paper is design observation-system for the battery''s voltage and capacity. If the voltage or capacity lowers over set values, the output voltage can lower and use stage.
