Information systems that limited in traditionally one plant or company, for example CIM, MRP II ext., have not been satisfied with needs of industry for facing challenge of "speed" and "broad". Therefore it''''''''s born that high class integrated information system follows the tide.
The analysis methods of this thesis are descriptive statistics, factor analysis and Anova analysis. Research range is KSF of companies in electronic industry installing ERP system, relationship between installing ERP system and BPR, and relationship between installing ERP system and product method. The conclusion of this thesis as follows :
1.It can be divided organization from information for the KSF of installing ERP system.
2.Enterprises which have executed BPR would install ERP system more successfully than that do not execute BPR.
3.A electronic industry which want to successfully install ERP system must pay more attention to information and organization management, and BPR had better totally rebuild its organization framework, to gain the performance which installing ERP system brings.
4.The manufacturing methods of the company will affect appreciatory degree and installation performance of key factor in installing ERP. The company must have the same appreciatory degree for the two factors, and it''''''''s more easily getting success that manufacturing methods are order and planned manufacture when we installing ERP system.
