It is very important to the exchange risk management of business enterprise .
So this paper hope to understand the real condition of exchange risk management
by Taiwan''s company .The main purpose of this paper as follow :
(1) To understand the motive of company using exchange risk management and
the different of the attitude using exchange risk management .
(2) To understand how did company to lower the operation risk ?
In this paper used the way of mailing investigation and used the T-Test、
Chi-Square Test and regression to analysis the company .The paper''s conclusion
is as follows :
(1) The main motive of the company is avoiding risk ,when they use risk
management .
(2) It is no notable relation to do the company use exchange risk management and
the capital of company and the number of employee .It is notable relation of do
the company use exchange risk management and the degree of internationalization .
(3) The company can lower the exchange risk by using exchange risk management .
