Abstract:
This Study attempts to discovery the relationships between the resource situations and the requirement degree of esources. Authors conformably think that resources common have the characteristics of complexity and specialization. With these characteristics, interactive effects among resources arise. The interactive effects among resources are involved with the critical mass, important sequence and level of resources. We want to discovery how the interactive effects bring impacts on the requirement of resources in shopping mall development process. We have three major purposes in this study. First, we’ll examine the required resources of shopping mall development, including the important sequence and critical of resources. Second, discovery the interactive effects, including how it works ? how strong it would be of individual resources ? Third, dose the degree of effects are consistent with the important sequence of resources ?
The results of study show that the mix of individual resource which in different quantity levels will forms different characteristics of the mix. This characteristic of mix will then have influence on the requirement degrees of all resources. Through the interactive effects among resources, characteristic of mix changes, then sequent results arise. Besides, if the individual resource can form effects to other resource depends on the quantity levels of all involved resource, i.e., individual resource have it’s own influence conditions. When the conditions are content, the effects arise. And, the strength of effects is consistent with the important sequence and critical mass of individual resource.
