1.Examines the effect of outsourcing of human resource management activities on strageties,functions,and cost of corporation.
2.Analysis the feasibility and the operating manner of outsourcing of human resource management and development in different industies.
3.Analysis the bright and the dull of outsourcing of human resource management and development for organizational operating and how to cooperate with outsourcing business effectively.
4.Analysis the effect of outsourcing of human resource management activities on the transference of role and the position of function of human resource worker.
After the research above and the deeply interview with eight corporations,We infer the following conclusions and propositions:
1.The outsourcing of human resource management activities has signiffcant influence on the future development of corporation.
2.Different industies have different choice about outsourcing.
3.Outsourcing is not a panacea.
4.The manager should pay much attention to the managerial means brought form outsourcing.
5.The outsourcing of human resource management activities has different influence on strageties,functions,and cost of corporation.
6.Different industries has different outsourcing manners and strategical resource model.
7.The outsourcing of human resource management activities have different managerial means for corporation.
8.The outsourcing of human resource management activities of corporation will change the role of human resource worker and the position of function human resource department.
