What kind of E-commerce strategy is the most contribution to the business management ? If it has effectively replaced or assisted the human labor operation to reach its competition advantage ? It must be depended on the difference of the external economic environment of the business, country''s fundamental construction character, industry relation feature elements and the difference of the interior organization structure. Under the different environment, after choosing the different business strategy, how to apply the E-commerce strategy to match the industry in the business management and facilitate the enterprise strategy achieving the excellent performance and accomplishing the competition advantage. This research is focused on strategy grid as the main axis, extracting from 3 companies as the representative firms. Each stands for the industry strategy groups: strategy type, factory type and transformation type as the case analysis object, analyzing their application status of E-commerce technology skill, creating the information technology in the information management''s role. It eliminates the human labor operation, reduces the deep relying on labor and no more uses the paper sheet as the shackles of the base and researches the achievement on what kind of different competition type to yield the competition advantage. Here''re the main results of this study: 1. "Factory Grid" firm: It applys the E-commerce playing a vast role. In the competition environment, it owns the cost leading orient and makes it must tend to - between the interior enterprise INTRANET and enterprise between enterprise EXTRANET and the integration of enterprise between customers INTERNET which could reach the competition advantage of " Defense type. ". 2. " Strategy Grid" firm: It applys the E-commerce playing a second role. In the competition environment, it owns the different orient which makes it must tend to - between the interior enterprise INTRANET and the cooperation league of enterprise between enterprise EXTRANET, expecting to reach the highest service quality and the maximum benefit which could achieve the competition advantage of " Extension type ." 3. " Transformation Grid" firm : It applys the E-commerce palying a least role. In the competition environment, it owns the centralization orient and makes it must tend to - the enhancement between the interior enterprise INTRANET, using the database marketing and performance management to reach the competition advantage of " Analysis type ."
