Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 企業管理學系 === 87 === Medical instruments imported to Taiwan account for more than 400 million US dollars a year. The market has an annual growth rate of 15%. With the aging demography and the recent enactment of the national health insurance program, the demand for medical care will likely see substantial increase. The medical instrument industry is one of the top 10 emerging industries identified by the government. Base on such situation, this research uses the concept of Industry Development Theory and Key Success Factor Analysis Principle to build up the development model of Medical Instrument Industry of Taiwan. There are more than 60 factors have been transferred to 14 key success factors. They should prove to be a great help to Taiwan Medical Instrument Industry.
