Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 土木工程學系 === 87 === Considering that the engineering character varies with the different classification systems, various groups of soil categories were made out and relative engineering classification hypothesis was addressed, chosen significant soil mechanical parameters were then used to analyzed by the One Way Analysis of Variance and the nonparametric Kruscal-Wallis tests etc, to test the relative engineering classification hypothesis. Results of these tests were used as the basis of engineering classification for slopeland soil in Taiwan. Spatial distribution of classified slopeland soil categories was combined with the slopeland morphological database in G.I.S. Then, the significant morphological boundaries of distribution of slopland soil categories were elementally built. Colorful maps of engineering soil distribution was also printed and the table of statistical value for various soil mechanical properties of different soil categories was also appended to the maps. Next, the procedures of spatial estimation of soil properties were performed using Kriging method. Estimation results were used to build the quantitative soft boundaries of spatial distribution of slopeland soil. Finally, suggestion for further development of engineering classification system of slopland soil was addressed to complete a flawless soil database for slopeland engineering use in the future.
