To Classify the cooperation strategy and the characteristics of knowledge transfer process and then reform into four different combinations to describe the organizational learning processes. The research arranges the empirical study, and the results as: (1) When the firm use JV to transfer or learn explicit knowledge, the first learning process is "Internalization", then using "Internalization" process. (2) When the firm use JV to transfer or learn tacit knowledge, the first learning process is "Socialization", then using "Socialization" or "Externalization" process. (3) When the firm use technology licensing to transfer or learn explicit knowledge, the first learning process is "Combination", then using "Combination" or " Internalization" process. (4) When the firm use technology licensing to transfer or learn tacit knowledge, the first learning process is " Externalization" or " Internalization", then using " Combination", " Internalization", or "Socialization" process.
