This study use factor analysis and path analysis to testify the relationship between logistics quality improvement practices, logistics performance, and competition advantage based on the data from 33 logistics firms. The empirical results are as follows: 1. Different logistics quality improvement infrastructure practices have different effects on the logistics quality improvement core practices; 2. Different logistics quality improvement core practices have different effects on logistics performance; 3. The dimensions of logistics performance have different effects on competition advantage.
