Sharing knowledge is essential to fostering knowledge creation. But sharing knowledge are often unnatural acts because people often hoard those valuable resources. The main purpose of this thesis is to understand why people share their knowledge and how to encourage employee''''''''s knowledge sharing behaviors. In this thesis, we use social exchange theory, symbolic interaction theory and justice theory to explain why people share their knowledge and generate trust attitude. And construct a model with procedural justice, distributive justice, trust and knowledge sharing behavior. We also have an empirical study to identify the relationships between these research constructs. We had contact 1305 Unix system administrators by email and receive 102 replies. The collected data was analyzed by LIESRAL model. The research results have shown that: There are positive relationships between procedure justice and trust to manger, trust to colleagues and trust to organization. There are positive relationships between distributive justice and both trust to manager and trust to organization. There is positive relationship between trust to colleagues and knowledge sharing behavior. Jen-Wei Cheng 鄭仁偉 1999 學位論文 ; thesis 85 zh-TW
