The main purpose of this thesis is to understand why people share their knowledge and how to encourage employee''''''''s knowledge sharing behaviors. And construct a model with procedural justice, distributive justice, trust and knowledge sharing behavior. We also have an empirical study to identify the relationships between these research constructs. We had contact 1305 Unix system administrators by email and receive 102 replies. The collected data was analyzed by LIESRAL model. The research results have shown that: There are positive relationships between procedure justice and trust to manger, trust to colleagues and trust to organization.
