Description
Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 國際企業管理研究所 === 87 === Through making a survey of Taiwan’s information firms, this study explores partner selection determinants and performance of their strategic alliances. By applying factor analysis, correlation analysis, and MANOVA/ANOVA, sixty-one information firms are empirically analyzed. Findings of this study indicate that: 1. There are significant differences among information firms in their alliance motive and partner selection criteria. 2. Alliance motive and partner selection criteria have significant influence on partner selection and alliance performance respectively. 3. Firm’s perceived industry’s key success factors are significantly and positively correlated with the weighting of corresponding partner selection criteria.
