They provide information to patients and their families, and to the members of health care team to do the medical decision-making. Information is important to nurses. Along with medicine advancement, technology development, and the change of health attitude, nurses have to keep on participating research programs, getting more professional knowledge, therefore they can improve their working quality. Being a part of the primary information suppliers, libraries should know well about the users'' information needs and their information-seeking behaviors, and try to fulfill the users'' needs. The aim of this research is studying, first, the information needs and information-seeking behaviors of the nursing faculty and clinical nurses at Shih-Pai Medical Park by means of questionnaire. Second, the skills of information processing and the most resources the nurses used. Therefore, libraries can provide more useful and more efficient information services to the nurses. In advance, this research tries to offer practical implications of greater cooperation among the four libraries at Shih-Pai Medical Park. The conclusions of the research are: ．The nurses have to renew their knowledge, improve their career abilities, and need information about health caring, teaching, researching, publishing, and getting certification when working environment is changed,. ．The information needs of nursing faculty and clinical nurses are the same, but the information-seeking behaviors are different between them. ．Clinical nurses at Shih-Pai Medical Park should improve their information usage. ．The cooperation among the four libraries needs more planning and developing. ．Physicians, nurses and medical librarians should cooperate to care human beings.
