In the exhausts emitted mobile vehicle, some aldehydes are known to be carcinogenic or mutagenic. Therefore, how to lower the exhausts pollution emitted from mobile vehicle, become important notably. The study uses cartridge to absorb the exhaust with from the mobile vehicle, and the gas is drawn and pumped through a 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine coated cartridge, within which all aldehydes are captured and converted to corresponding hydrazone derivatives, and were eluted with acetonitrile, followed by the analysis with an HPLC with a UV detector. Henth we can determine the quantity of aldehydes and ketones in this sample. In this study, besides analysis of aldehydes and ketones pollutants in the gasoline exhausted from the mobile vehicle, we also add different additives in the fuel, and study the additive effects to the aldehydes and ketones pollutants. The obtained results appear that in the same mobile vehicle, the additives effect is not identical. For the heavy diesel fuel, we use three different additives of A1, A2 and A3, respectively. A1 and A3 could decrease the formaldehyde pollution efficiently, but A2 increases pollutants. For light diesel fuel the additives A1, A2 and A3, besides A2 can improve, the other are increasing pollutants. As to the car, we use five different additives the all are increasing pollutants, while for the four-cycle motorbike, the three of that are good for improvement, but for the two-cycle motorbike all these are inverse .
