Summary: | 碩士 === 朝陽大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 87 === This paper reviews the concepts, properties, management models, and organization structure of a virtual corporate team and proposes a decision-making model for selecting team members, which is another corporate. A team member evaluation matrix, based upon various performance indices, a selection procedure and a frame structure of the corresponding decision support system are proposed and investigated, which together enable the member databases interaction, real-time optimal business process formation and on-line selection of team members, based upon customers'' demands. Finally, possible challenges on modifying the proposed model to be employed by domestic small businesses to gain global competitive advantages are also discussed and presented.
