Meanwhile, they own the advantages of wider bandwidths, larger gains, precise result, simplicity in circuit design, lower power consumption, maximized dynamic rang and minimized chip area to up come with the traditional voltage-mode circuit. The goal of this study is to design analog current-mode circuits and to divide its applications into four topics: The floating admittance function circuit combining the capacitors and resistors with the second generation current conveyors is proposed in Chapter 3. It can generate the higher order admittance function and verify the advantages of current-mode circuit it owned through the PSPICE simulations. The current-mode and voltage-mode transfer functions are proposed in Chapter 4 and Chapter 5, respectively. It can quickly design the demanding circuit in Chapter 3 or others under the previous circuit structure. The novel applications for a CMOS tunable resistor are proposed in Chapter 6. Its resistance is adjusted by the DC voltage . The CMOS linear transresistance amplifier, the CMOS linear transresistance amplifier with zero input impedance and the CMOS transconductance with high input impedance use the same CMOS tunable resistor. The analysis and simulation results of the proposed circuits in this thesis are the same. Chun-Li Hou 侯俊禮 1999 學位論文 ; thesis 96 zh-TW
