Therefore, energy conservation is the decided policy for the government in Taiwan. In recent years, the building has become the main object of the regulation of energy conservation. The forty-three per cent of total use of electricity is from office lighting. According to the current status of office lighting, there is still great possibility to conserve electricity The premise of this thesis is not to lower the lighting baseline of office building and take the rule of lighting power consumption code in USA, Japan and China as reference with the viewpoint of lighting energy conservation . Furthermore, the thesis provides a evaluation index (model) according to the indoor manmade quantity of lighting power consumption and infer the evaluation baseline of power consumption from domestic and foreign lighting the code of power consumption Therefore, the lighting designer can regard this document as their index resource when they work on the office building design. In the future, the baseline value can be enhanced by adapting government''s energy conservation policy and improvement of lighting devices. Then, the purpose to conserve energy will be achieved. According to this thesis, the main content can be distinguished as followed : 1. Data collection and research establishment: By collecting the foreign evaluation codes about lighting power consumption, the evaluation theory, right object & range and then analyze the differences of each regulation. Thus, the direction & range of research and establishment of analysis can be set up. 2. Evaluation index analysis: Explain that the significance and purpose of evaluation about lighting power consumption device is based on the method of evaluation about lighting power consumption and lighting theory. With the analysis, this thesis can be the reference for the future index establishment. 3. Statistics analysis & evaluation index establishment: Explain the significance and purpose of evaluation index about power consumption. Through the condition of research limit and the theory of building lighting power consumption evaluation mode from Lin Yi-Juen, this thesis re-establish the level of each power consumption influence factor. After modifying Mr. Lin''s power consumption evaluation mould with lumen method, the regression mode of power consumption evaluation for office building can be established. 4.Establishment and application of evaluation baseline: Calculating unit lighting power density by power consumption mode, analyzing and comparing the difference of power consumption theory value and selecting lighting power consumption baseline evaluation factor, the references of evaluation index about power consumption for setting office lighting design are established. And make a baseline list of office lighting about the evaluation of power consumption. There are also some living examples for the evaluation of power consumption. 5. Application and comparison of evaluation index and baseline: Take the real office space as the lighting design simulation case to manage the application of evaluation index and baseline. Then, take another case to analyze and compare the differences of evaluation index and baseline from one of other countries. 6. Conclusion and suggestion: Provide the concrete result by combining each discussion and analysis. Review the results under the limited condition and try to modify the suggestion.
