Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 化學系 === 87 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the reaction pathway of a novel photochemical phosphorylation reaction involving a substituted benzoquinone,ADP and inorganic phosphate in a non-aqueous medium.Such as DMAC(N,N-Dimethylacetamide).The system is irradiated under the aerobic conditions under the sunlight.ATP is produced.By comparing the photochemical behavior of two substituted benzoquinones(Duroquinone,2,6-di-tert-butyl-1,4-benzoquinone) and by using various quenchers such as Hydroquinone,β-Carotene,H2O and D2O,the author conclude that (n-π*) excited state of the quinone and singlet oxygen are the precursors of the photophosphorylation reaction.
