碩士 === 中原大學 === 工業工程學系 === 87 === According as increasing the consciousness of quality, the quality of health-care is more important than before. The clinical pathology is the first of the health-care process. Whether the examination is correct or not, it will seriously affect the doctors’ diagnosis decision-makings and the patients’ health-care safety. To increase the competition ability, the pathology laboratories most work for the internal quality management. They emphasize the accuracy and take reducing the coefficient of variation (CV) as the goal. The most direct and general method for internal quality management in the laboratory is the control chart--the Levey-Jennings (L-J) control chart, for example. But the L-J chart did not control the variation of laboratory examination. This study focuses on the quality characteristics, examination method and control procedure for the charts and c chart in the clinical laboratory internal quality management. In summary, taking the complete blood count (CBC) as an example to compare the laboratory examination method and control procedure between the original model and this thesis model. The results of this thesis can be provided as a reference to the clinical laboratory internal quality management model. Keywords: L-J chart, X bar-R charts,c chart,CV%，SE-9000，CBC
