碩士 === 中華大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所 === 87 === Abstract Based on the literature on the subjects of the comparison between the BS 8800, ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 as well as the development of occupational safety and health, the disquisition tries to get the basic concept of the management for occupational safety and health system. Besides, by the inquisition from the relative companies, we offer the systematic and effective formation suitable for the companies to avoid the source waste because of the succeeded overlap management system. Comparing the BS8800 with ISO9000 and ISO14000, we know there is the common management principle for us to use. In the chapter 3, we analyze the BS8800 by means of ISO 14001 management logic and use the PDCA circulation on the occupational safety and health structure with a view to shortening the timing that the companies start to programme. Basically, we divided the system into the following six items. 1. Prepare for the system programmed 2. Driver for the system 3. Policy Formulation 4. Improving circulation 5. Management circulation 6. System maintenance It has become the requisition to get the certification when propelling the company forward. Generally speaking, it believes that getting the ISO 9000 and ISO 14001 certification would be helpful for the companies. To carry out the safety & health management system, it would not only promote the image but also improve the export competition; meanwhile, to improve the organizational safety & health performances and the business achievement as well.
