Measurement of AC impedance is a newly developed technique that can be used to study the mechanism of corrosion, to analyze the electric characteristics of single crystallized ions or multi-crystallized materials, and to find out the residual self-inductance in finely structured PCB. The components in the equivalent circuit correspond to an electrochemical process normally represent physical meanings in the process. There are ways to find the values of simple equivalent circuits analytically. As for more complex circuits, there is no effective way to retrieve the values of their components. The proposed numerical method is an improved version of Lattice Marching Method. We use a set of experimental data of AC impedance in a corrosion experiment for testing.
