IRT-Based CAT has a long history, and it is in expert confidence. It is difficult to invent a new ability estimation theory to let expert trust it. For another reason, out of non-increasing the complexity for calculation. So we use the original IRT-Based CAT structure with a Fuzzy Decision to take these external factors into consideration. We hope this system be able to estimate examinee''s ability more precisely and more efficiently.
