Summary:碩士 === 中正理工學院 === 兵器系統工程研究所 === 87 === In the previous research concerning gun tube vibration, the gun tube was considered as a rigid body or the vibration problem was ignored. In present research, the gun tube was considered as a flexible body. The Hertzian contact law and Euler beam equations were employed to do the analysis work. The boundary condition of the gun tube mount was simulated by translational and torsional springs, allowing the transverse and rotational displacements. According to the non-regular elasticity impact model resulted by the shot travelling through the bore, the response of the gun tube influenced by impact force was investigated. The gun tube was subjected to impact and this is easily to cause vibration. The vibration will result in structural damage and/or operational inaccuracy. The mathematical model and analysis algorithms of the gun tube and those during the impact duration were derived in present study. The corresponding computer programs were also developed to analyze the correlation among impact force and bore and shot under different conditions. The objective of this research is to understand the vibration behavior via the qualitative analysis of the flexible gun tube under different boundary conditions. This could be valuable reference for studying the gun tube fire precision.
