However, each customer order has different quantity, location, and due day..etc. The statuses of physical distribution system will continuouschange with the arrival of new customer orders and the completion of a distributionplaning. To overcome the challenges of changing environment, the scheme of vehicle control and scheduling of a physical distribution system should be dynamic. And real time control and scheduling system designs the vehicle routing plan based on the current status of the system. The objective of this study is to propose a real time vehicle dispatching and routing planing system to reduce late penalty and total transport cost of the multi-depot physical distribution system. To effectively perform the system objectives, this study constructs a dynamic vehicle dispatching and routing control system( DVDRCS ). The core of the control system is bidding system. Following, we develop a routing plan scheme to solve the routing problem. Finally, a simulation experiment is conducted at the end of the study to evaluate the performance of proposed system.
