碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 資訊管理技術研究所 === 86 === 　　The flourishing of WWW speeds up the access time and increases the dimensionality of information. The prosperity of economy and democracy raises new social problems. The help of traditional face-to-face consulting approach is substantially limited because of the lack of professional humanresources. In this thesis, a highly interactive WWW counseling environment among teachers, students, parents and professional consulting persons was developed. To provide another dimension of information for assisting the counseling of students, a questionnaire, consisting of 90 items, was constructed. Finally, a computer simulation model, derived from the genetic algorithm, was implemented to analyze the pattern and relationship of human characters. The computer simulation showed that the system is capable of determining key evaluation item, extracting the structural pattern of students' characterics, and finding the correlation among characters.
