Summary: | 博士 === 大同工學院 === 機械工程研究所 === 86 === The accurate prediction of die-casting performance is essential for the desdign of die-casting dies, the main purpose is to produce an accurate part, but the effect factors in a good design are decision of the mold-surface, the ruuner shape and operation conditions.In order to understand the particalconditions in die casting, this research studies the runner part a and die body parts have been separately during the process of experiment.A die-castingand mold-milling test has been designed according to experiment method. The research studies the life of die-casting die and the accuracy of work- piece.The influence factors have :(1)the runner dimension and position,(2)die-casting paramaters(the high-speed injection position, injection angle, injection velocity and injection pressure), (3)the accuracy of die-cavity surface. An abductive network for modeling of the die casting process hasbeen build. The abductive netork is composed of a number of functional nodes. Once the die-casting paramaters are given, the die casting performancecan be accuratepredicted by this developed network. The optimal die casting parmeters can be searched for by a simulation annealing optimization algorithmwith aperformance index to obtaina perfect part or longer-life die-casting die.
