A multicast cell switch is usually a serial combination of a copy network and a point-to-point switch, the applications to be served are diverse and include voice, data, teleconferencing, entertainment video, LAN briIn this thesis, we propose a novel method to achieve more fair and some methods to reduce the overflow probabilities.Finally, we evaluate the multicast upper bound of the overflow probabilities and cell loss probability under different effective load and different maximum allowable copies and the throughput, average delay of the copy network.
