This study first reviews the related theories of location analysis, including the central place theorem, laws of retail gravitation, Huff probability model, regression model, location-allocation model, and spatial search location model. The maximum revenue principle is set as the premise for searching the site of a new store. Considering the number of new store proposed its cost, revenue, market extent and the definition of demand, this study uses the GIS tools to conduct the spatial search location model analysis.   Following above procedure, this study performs a case study in Hsin-Yi District of Taipei City .The result shows that utilizing such method could appropriately find the potential locations for establishing the new westeern westem fast-food restaurant.
