Quite a few newly-style retailing industries were incessantly introduced into Taiwan, such as branch-styled convenience stores, wholesale store, and mail order companies, all of which created strong thrust to local retailing industries. Therefore, the competition of retailing industries in the hear future not merely come out of the peer corporate, but from different style retailing industries in the hear future not merly come out of the peer corporate, but from different style retailing industries. According to the present economic trend descended, the thesis studies marketing strategies of wholesale stores, department stores and mail order companies in order to provide an statistic reference for businessmen while designing marketing strategy. This thesis utilizes logistic regression model to study distinctive attributes of already consumers and potential consumers of this mail order company; in addition, it makes use of other statistic methodology, including factor analysis, MANOVA, chi-square test and SPEARMAN rank correlation. The discovery of the thesis: 1.There is a noticeable difference in various groups of consumers age, per-capital income, per-month and paying habit. 2.According to twelve profit attribute variables, the thesis extracts five store attribute pursuit profits. They are factors of after sale, scenic, store image, connivance, merchandise and price. 3.There is invisible difference on various groups of consumers on store attribute pursuit profit. 4.Styles of retail industries has impressive impact on level of consumer satisfaction on store attribute. 5.Styles of retailing industries influence the sequence of level of consumers'' store attribute satisfaction. 6.Different merchandise influences consumers'' purchasing tendency. 7.Demographic variable has impack on information sources of consumers.
