The subject of the research is the Return-Land movement motivated by Taiwan aborigines from 1988 to 1992.   The meaning construction of aboriginal Return-Land movement could be marked four periods. The frame bridging and amplification of the first period focused on construction of the conception of aboriginal priority of land. The second frame was to combine the aboriginal suffering experiences and the objectives of Return-Land movement. In the third period, the appeals of aboriginal movement was objectivized. The most important meaning consruction happenen in the forth period. The aborigines rose the objectives of protest.   At the beginning of the Return-Land movement, there was no complete media strategies. As information sources, Taiwan aborigines had limited resoueces and power to control media. The main factor was lack of experiences of accessing media. The basic way that aborigines take is ''information subsidy'' to reduce the cost of collection news for media reporters by offering news information actively. Besides, the participants of Return-Land movements made an effort to gain media reporters''s support. Then, they learned to make news-worthy events to catch media''s attention.
