tors of users'' retrieving behavior, to what extent users'' requirement would be
satisfied, while using the INNOPAC OPAC, and the interaction between users and
the system. Furthermore, the findings is intented to provide some suggestion
to improve the performance of the system and library service in order to meet
the users'' needs. The 100 sampling interviewees of the survey, 20 of which
are librarians, 80 of which are readers, are selected from the four National
Universities(NTU, NCCU, NTNU, YM)in the Northern area. The
research is conducted
by the methods of interviewing and questionnaire, revealing that most of the
interviewees think the OPAC system positively for its being convenient, easy to
use and effieient. The key satisfaction factors are summarized
