| Summary: | 碩士 === 淡江大學 === 俄羅斯研究所 === 86 === Abstract:Nakhodka, the first Free Economic Zone in Russia, is
established in 1990.And Because of its excellent geographic
condition, good communication infrastructure and the booming
economic in East Asia. Nakhodka achieved accomplishments.The
goal of this dissertation is to investigate the changing
industries in Nakhodka from 1990 to 1997, and analyze the causes
of these changes by comparative, regional and developmental
economics.My dissertation is divided into six chapters. In the
Chapter One explains motivation, purpose, methods, scope and
limitation of this research, and reviews literature of the same
subject done by others. Chapter Two introduces the functions,
characteristics and present conditions of investment of Nakhodka
Chapter Three inbestigates the effects of administrative system
on Nakhodka. Chapter Four analyzes the influence on Nakhodka
from Tumen River Economic Development Area, Great Vladivostok
and Rajin-Senfong Free Trade zone. In Chapter Five, I delve into
the recent development of individual industries in Nakhodka with
the analyses in the preceding chapters and related figures. In
the concluding chapter some comments and suggestions are
proposed as conclusions of this research.I come to several
conclusions in this dissertation:1. Individual industries growth
in different ways and speed, the proportion of output in marine
cultivation is decreasing, and industry, third industry
especially communication industry achieved well .2. The effects
on Nakhodka from Tumen River Economic Development Area are
positive in the short term but Nakhodka should improve its basic
equipment for hold the preceding position.Finally I suggest that
businessmen from Taiwan should use their advanced experience of
administration in processing export zone to utilize Russian Far
East by Nakhodka.
