Description
Summary:碩士 === 東海大學 === 環境科學系 === 86 === Arsenic(III) (12.5-200 ng) in drinking water (25 mL) reacted with 2,3-dimercaptopropane-1-sulfonate (DMPS,0.6 mg) in ammonium acetatebuffer (2.0 mmol, pH=5.5) and formed a complex of As(III)-DMPS. Thecomplex was concentrated on two Sep-Pak C18 cartridges in series and each cartridge was eluted with methanol and adjusted to 2.00 mL. After additionof 2.0 mg of Ni(II), a portion(20 mL) of the mixture was introduced into a graphite cuvette and was atomized according to a temperature program. The method detection limit (3s) was 0.11*0.01(mg/L) and the calibration graph was linear up to 8.00(mg/L) . Accuracies of 97.6-98.9% wereobtained when testing a QC (Strem Chem. Inc.) sample. Arsenic(V) (up to 100 ng) in drinking water was reduced to As(III) with L-cysteine(0.5 mL, 1.0% in HNO3 (0.2%,v/v)) prior to the formation of As(III)-DMPS complex. Accuracies of 98.5-99.3% were obtained with RSD of 2.5% by testing a SRM 1643d and a QC sample(HPS#290608). The proposed method could be applied to the determination of Arsenic(III) vapor in airwith a detection limit of 2.8 ng.-1 -aA Study on the Determination of Arsenic(III) and Arsenic(V) in Drinking Water and Arsenic(III) in Air by Graphite-Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry
