To increase the competition of companies and to be able to provide products to end consumers smoothly, the logistics services in the marketing channels become a critical key point. The purpose of this study is to hear customers''s voices, i.e., the logistics service demands of retailers, and then fulfill these demands into the QFD (quality function deployment) to obtain proper implementation functions of suppliers in logistics services.   Of the three research subjects, two kinds of retailer of the PC specialty stores and mass-merchandising stores, and the distribution centers of supplier are included in the study .We distributed 250 questionnaires to retailers and suppliers, and obtained 234 valied questionnaires, which represents a response rate of 93.6%. After conducting descriptivc statistical analysis, t-test and one-way ANOVA, results show that:   1. It is statistically significant that retailers have stronger attitude toward logistics services than that of suppliers.   2. Both retailers and suppliers have weaker attitude toward the intangible logistics services than that of intangible logistics services.   3. There is statistically significant difference between the attitude and satisfaction of retailers toward logistics services.
