The study is as a guide for choosing the job after graduation; 　　There are some findings as following: 　　1.The main work value type is popular work value. 2.It is a significant working value difference among different schools, majors and mother''s　expectation. 　　3.The working environment needs are: 　　　(1) Reasonable monthly salary about NT﹩30,000. 　　　(2) Upgrade the work position in one year. 　　　(3) The expected work type: 　　　　a. Advertisement & Multimedia company. b. Government departments. c. School department. 　　　　　d.Pre-press service center. (4) Work in north area within 30 minutes, commuting. (5) Job wanted without applying professional knowledge, is all right. (6) To provide further education opportunities; 　　　　　a. short term oversea study. 　　　　　b. long term oversea study. c. professional training. (7) The fringe benefit: 　 a. to share profit with company. 　 b. to have a good vacation systern. 　　 c. the year-end bonus. (8) The working content 　　　　　a. advertisement & marketing job. 　 b. pre-press design job. 　　　　　c. educational training job. 　　　(9) The possible problems encountered in choosing a job: 　　　　　a. lack of work experience. b. can''t fine a good job. 　　　　　c. don''t know which job is suitable. d. don''t know the job content. (10) The was of choosing a job: 　　　　　a. apply by yourself. 　　b. recommended by teacher or school mate c.recommended by realtive or friends.
